A place that warms the heart ❤️
I visited Olio Sale e Pepe and immediately felt at home.
I tried the gnocchi with their homemade sauce… wonderful!
A very special sauce, with an intense aroma and authentic flavor.
The pizza was also delicious: light, fragrant, and cooked to perfection.
Every bite reminded me how wonderful it is to still find places where people cook with passion and heart.
The staff was incredibly sweet, always with a sincere smile.
It's one of those places where you don't just go to eat, but to feel good.

Having come to Valmontone for a work meeting, I searched social media for a place to eat. The reviews I'd read about Olio, sale e pepe piqued my interest, so I called to make a reservation. I immediately hit it off with Marco, right from the phone call. So, we went to see him for dinner. The lunch was excellent, the food just like home: tasty, plentiful, and high-quality. A wonderful experience worth repeating, even though Marco is 70 km away from me. Kudos to the guys. Polite and friendly. Definitely worth a try!

Dopo dieci tanti anni che passo davanti a questo locale promettendomi di andarci un giorno a cena….
Finalmente questa sera ho varcato la soglia, era già tardi ma la cucina era ancora aperta e ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità.
Abbiamo cenato alla carta, un primo un secondo contorno e caffè, beh ogni piatto una delicatezza di sapori un vino ottimo il tutto servito con educazione semplice ma sopraffine.
I prodotti usati li senti subito se sono di qualità e ben abbinati.
Una piacevole sorpresa che ci rivedrà presto seduti a quei tavoli spaziosi e comodi.
Complimenti di vero cuore.
Giuro che non sono un parente ma semplicemente un cliente rimasto soddisfatto al 100%
