Located in the historic center but easily accessible by car. Very welcoming. Exquisite, refined, and very special appetizers. The panzerotto is truly top-notch!!! Spaghetti all'assassina according to the best tradition. Very delicate second courses. Well done!!!!

Agriturismo Fasano

03/10/2025: We celebrated a family event, a table for 50 people. We opted for an aperitif under the oak tree beforehand and a dinner with the Agriturismo Formula afterward. The food was excellent and generous portions, the service impeccable, and the staff helpful and courteous. A great first experience. We'll definitely be back.
22/08/2025: Nice atmosphere, unfortunately the music for the respective birthdays that evening overlapped. I asked for a second serving of fruit for my son but was denied. A slice of watermelon would have been enough. The food was average.

22/01/2026: One of the few places in Putignano worthy of carrying on the tradition of quality pastry making, despite recently losing its café, where I often went for breakfast. I always find a wide variety of offerings, all excellent both in terms of the ingredients used and the preparation and presentation. I especially recommend the large cream pastries (swans, fruit tarts, peaches, Venetians, Sachertortes, etc.), each one a delight to look at and taste. Highly recommended!
