I had the pleasure of dining at Olio di Acquaviva and I must say that the quality of the food was truly excellent. The dishes were well prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. However, the experience was slightly tarnished by the slow service. The wait between courses was a little long, which made the evening less pleasant. Despite this, I highly recommend the restaurant for its excellent cuisine. I hope that the service can be improved in the future, in order to make the overall experience even more satisfying.
