90's style restaurant, always ok, you feel at home inside, restaurant for groups, yes you can go wild a bit, I recommend it

A classic village trattoria, very fair prices, medium-high quality, service not exactly impeccable but still acceptable. The experience was nothing short of folkloric. The owner, a strong-willed and very direct woman, wanted me to order a fish-based first course she'd recommended. When I told her I preferred linguine with clams, she replied that they were sold out. Too bad, shortly thereafter, every table around us ordered linguine with clams... and received them. Ah! Perhaps overcome by a slight pang of guilt, the lady returned to our table, explaining, "We have clams now; we didn't before." Considering it was Sunday evening at 9:00 PM, this seemed a bit unlikely. My husband ordered the grilled Aragona sausage, but they told us that they were also sold out, so he settled for ravioli with meat sauce. And yet, magically, the sausage then appeared at the table, accompanied by the comment: "See? We found it! You don't need ravioli anymore." But we wanted ravioli :( Finally, since the restaurant also has a very elaborate and delicious-looking pastry shop, we asked for the dessert menu. Instead of letting us choose, they brought us four cream puffs and rum baba, chosen by them. They were good, but I would have preferred to choose. In short: an unusual and slightly surreal experience, perhaps due to communication problems with the kitchen... or perhaps simply the owner's style. I would go back, but only to see what happens next time. In any case, the food is good and the portions are very generous.

On vacation in Agrigento, my family and I decided to have pizza at Ristorante Olimpia for dinner. The place is cute and the food is good, but unfortunately there are a few flaws! The pizzas arrived with burnt edges, and the lady at the cash register took orders whenever she could, causing delays that were quite indifferent to the kitchen. I really hope it was just another bad night.

Authentic with plenty of local color? This is the place! The setting is a bit rustic, and the large flat-screen TV with local commercial TV wasn't my cup of tea, but it certainly sets the mood. And the food, simply delicious!

This place is a local gem. The owner is on site waiting on the customers making sure everyone is taking care of properly. What make's this Ristorante special is not only is the food outstanding and very reasonable, they also have a outstanding bakery inside with some very delectable sweets , pastries, and pizza treats. You can have dinner and a huge selection of desert. If you are in Aragona, stop by this place, you will not be disappointed. A 10 for us......
