Old Wild West - Lecce In Lecce

This evening I placed my order and they sent me a cheese sandwich, even though my son had ordered it without cheese due to an intolerance. I called the pub and was told I should contact Globo, but Globo charged 6.60 cents for shipping, which they had made the mistake. It cost me more than the shipping. I don't think that's fair; the people at the Old Wild West pub washed their hands of it. A double rip-off. I'll never regret it again after so many years. I thought they would have solved the problem by coming to our aid, since the mistake wasn't ours.

Great experience here! Super fast lunch service, perfectly cooked burgers (not under or overcooked) with nice portion sizes, and the staff were incredible! Nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely come back. Thanks guys! <3

I visited this place today as I wanted to try American-style food. I asked for grilled vegetables, however they were never brought. Fortunately, they were not included in the bill, but I did wait around 30 minutes for them before realising they wouldn’t arrive. For this reason, I am removing one star. The main dishes arrived quite quickly. I ordered burger and French fries , and the sauce was included, which was good. The Coca-Cola Zero was bottled. There was also a €2 service charge, which was fine. Overall, the experience was okay. The food was not bad, but also not particularly memorable quite average, I would say. It didn’t leave a strong impression or a real desire to return, mainly because the dishes felt fairly ordinary.Another reason for removing a star is that by the time I realised the vegetables would not be served, there was no real opportunity (or desire) to reorder something else.it was a decent visit, but not a place I would actively plan to return to.
