Old Wild West In Rimini

Excellent service with helpful and friendly staff

We visited Old Wild West this evening with family because it was raining and were truly shocked (in the best way) by what we witnessed. At 6 PM, the restaurant was packed — over 30 people seated, with more waiting to be seated — and there was only ONE staff member running the entire show! He took orders, served food, cleared tables, managed new guests, and still stayed calm, polite, and professional throughout. His communication in English was excellent, and he handled the pressure with such grace and efficiency. It’s not something you often see in Germany we were genuinely amazed watching him manage it all alone. Big respect to this hardworking gentleman. The experience was not just about food, but also about witnessing real dedication and work ethic. Hope the management recognizes and supports him — he truly deserves it!

The meat was not rare as I had asked for... it can happen

UPDATE: JUNE 2025: After a year, we gave OWW another chance. What can I say... This time everything was almost perfect. I had a Smashburger. It was incredibly good. The meat was incredibly juicy and slightly crispy on the outside. I can honestly say that this burger is among the top 5 burgers I've ever eaten. And I've had quite a few in different countries and cities! We also had this Louisiana Chicken and the Finger Food Mix. The Finger Food Mix was a bit pricey, but everything was prepared very well. I can also recommend the OWW sauce. It's sold in a jar. But the small thing for €5 is too expensive for me. If it were three times the amount, I'd be there. The service was also very attentive and did everything right. June 2024: We had one kids' burger menu, one finger food, and two Grand Canyon steaks. The menu stated that it would come with a surprise and pens and paper, but none of that came. The burger tasted like a better cheeseburger from McDonald's. A bit dry, nothing special. The chicken wings were very good as finger foods. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The highlight were their most expensive steaks: 2x Grand Canyon with 3 different types of steak, each 100g (300g). Taste-wise, they weren't bad... But they arrived cold! Two steaks were still okay, but one (pictured below) was rare and still too tough at that temperature. I sent that one back, and it arrived properly cooked this time and tasted good. However, there was also one of another steak that was still quite raw, but I noticed it later and didn't eat it. What I also didn't like was that the finger foods arrived long before the rest. It was also cold if you wanted to eat it all at once. I should also add that there were hardly any customers (on a weekday afternoon) and hardly any staff. Maybe they were overwhelmed anyway. I don't know. The server was very nice and friendly, though, and the atmosphere was very nice. But I won't be coming back. OVERALL CONCLUSION: You should definitely try this place if you're in Rimini and have a mobile phone. I'll be going back this week, and I'm upgrading my rating to 5* for now.

Unfortunately it didn't live up to the good memory I had of the brand... the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters wasn't enough to raise the rating, due to the cuisine. I ate with my family and a couple of friends... My Dakota wasn't very good and other people had a similar opinion.

We had lunch in this establishment on May 8, 2025. Contrary to some opinions, we were served quickly and with a smile. It was very good and plentiful. Small criticism, the meat was not very hot. The plates should be heated before putting the meat on them. In fact the piano has no place next to the restaurant terrace, next time I will take a table inside. I recommend this establishment.

The food is good, but it won't be their fault, but having dinner while someone plays the piano next to you irritates me, YOU MUST REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY
