Good food even if the meat arrived a little cold..

The place is quite large and the Western style decor is beautiful and pleasant. The menu is extensive with numerous American style choices. The starter mix was good even if not very abundant. As a sandwich, a Pulled Ribs Burger, good but honestly I expected more. On the other hand, the french fries served with most of the dishes are excellent at a very competitive price. The choice of beers is not very wide but the amber St Benoit is very good and is served cold, to be enjoyed immediately. For dessert I recommend the pancake with Nutella and ice cream, I would have eaten another one... There is room for improvement in the service: long wait for the chosen table to be cleaned, slow in the first approach, beers served when we had finished the starter. Yet the service is charged at 10% (hateful!!!!)

Waiting 20/25 minutes to order is too long especially if you bring children. 0.50 beer poured into the mug with almost two fingers less than the 0.50cl mark. Too noisy environment, I go there often and unfortunately it gets worse every time. Good food, no problems.

Too expensive (€14) for a sandwich that is the same as those at "mec".

A little disappointed about the hamburger

Lively atmosphere, but too noisy The Old Wild West in Casoria is a welcoming place, with the typical western-style atmosphere that you expect from this chain. The menu is varied and includes all the classic proposals: burgers, grills, and Tex-Mex dishes, with generous portions and average flavours. The service was courteous and quick, despite the evening being particularly crowded. However, the experience was somewhat ruined by excessive noise. The place was quite full of families with children, which made the environment very chaotic and difficult to converse or relax. Definitely a good place for families and large groups, but if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this may not be the ideal place, especially during peak hours. In summary, the food is good and the service satisfactory, but the acoustics of the restaurant and the noise level are aspects to improve for those looking for a more relaxing experience.

....and what can I say....always the top!!!! Good dishes and super beer....the staff were fantastic
