We went here for dinner.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The only problem was the food; we got 2 wraps, one with hamburger meat and one with chicken. Both meats were so dry that it was hard to chew (especially the chicken). The fries were the usual frozen fries, which had probably been fried for a while since they were also dry.
For dessert we got the chocolate cake which in itself was good but was served in a bath of chocolate syrup.
Not to be boring but even the sparkling water was flat. We paid 41 euros for two.
I don't think we'll be back for a while.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes, all prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Among the dishes I tried, the burrito was really delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors, and the mixed grill of meat was succulent and tasty.
The service was impeccable: the staff was fast, attentive and very kind, always ready to satisfy every request. The atmosphere of the place, with its western theme, is really welcoming and makes the experience even more pleasant

During the week there are options at noon to save workers, it gets crowded around 1pm. Everything is really excellent with intuitive menus compared to vegetarian/gluten-free/spicy. It is designed for every diet without shocking prices. I recommend parking at Monte Baldo with a two-hour parking disc and going on foot, it is really just a few minutes inside the Parco delle Albere. Unfortunately the bathrooms are very small

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Old Wild West Trento and I can say with certainty that it was an exceptional experience! The service was impeccable, with an attentive, friendly and very professional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table with a smile.
The waiter gave us very knowledgeable advice about the dishes on the menu, explaining each dish with passion and really pampering us. The timing of the service was perfect and, even though the restaurant was closing soon, we were still served with professionalism and politeness.
Without a doubt a perfect evening, thanks to a service that deserves to be praised!

Location facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal MUSE in pochi minuti. Locale molto buio anche durante il giorno (come da standard di questa catena). Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Servizio molto molto lento nonostante il locale non fosse pieno. Cibo e bevande nella media. Andateci solo se non avete fretta.
