For the first time they forgot the order and it arrived cold.

Often at dinner and lunchtime, the product quality is excellent, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The quality of the product is excellent. I've been using your restaurants for years, from Bologna to Piacenza. The Lame Center is very good and friendly. The service is quick even when the restaurant is full, and the products are well-cooked and carefully prepared. Highly recommended.

I was at the Centro Lame shopping center near Via Zanardi and had a bite to eat with the "I'll give you" lunch menu at the West... The food was good, they made the changes I requested and above all the girls were truly exquisite... To have places with such staff... Especially Laura who was truly very kind... I think this kind of attitude should be an example for all those who criticize waiters so much and the snap of the fingers doesn't come immediately...🫶

Worth trying again, nice atmosphere

I had lunch here last Saturday and it was a real pleasure. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, even though the place was a bit crowded. Both the appetizers and sandwiches were delicious and beautifully presented. I'll definitely be back!

The burger didn’t have much flavor apart from the sauce, and there was quite a lot of it. That said, the BBQ sauce itself was good — I usually don’t like BBQ sauce, but this one worked for me. The bacon was also too dry for my taste. However, the fries didn’t come with nearly as much sauce as the burger, which felt unbalanced. The Korean fries were disappointing; the flavor was odd and didn’t really taste Korean. We were seated near the entrance of the shopping centre, and cold air kept coming in. During winter, it’s definitely not ideal, so I’d recommend sitting further inside if possible.

The location is welcoming. The food is decent. The staff is young and unsympathetic.

Excellent meat, friendly and fast service. Definitely worth repeating often. Well done!
