During our lunch we found a poor organization of the staff, where the manager at the cash register railed against the waiters, making them uncomfortable in front of everyone; he especially railed against a boy who seemed to be a novice, and who rightly still has to learn. I ordered a vegetarian hamburger and got 1 veggie wrap instead! Then they brought me a vegetarian hamburger and brought the wrap back to the kitchen : The bill said there was a food wrap that I didn't order! : I noticed this on the way home after paying!

E inammissibile far pagare il coperto 1.80 a testa dopo avere mangiato solo discretamente, e ritrovarsi il tavolo senza un minimo di tovaglia anche di carta. In pratica si mangia sul tavolo nudo e crudo con solo le posate e tovagliolo di carta, quindi vorrei sapere cosa si intende per servizio come appare sullo scontrino.

A pranzo ci siamo presentati di weekend ed all'ora di punta, ma c'era un tavolo pronto per noi. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Camerieri giovani e simpatici. Servizio veramente veloce. Hamburger con bacon e patatine fritte bello carico. Piatto con petto di pollo alla piastra, bacon e patate abbondante. Fa un po' specie pagare coperto/servizio ad un fast food. Menù molto ampio e basta scelta di birre alla spina.
