The food quality was average but acceptable. The service was very fast, which was great. Unfortunately, one staff member’s behavior was really unpleasant. We asked if we could order in English or German, and he mocked us. This is unacceptable. I hope the management pays more attention to staff behavior in the future.

A new experience, a typical chain restaurant, an alternative to the Mec. Good service, definitely better than the Old Wild West (I'm referring to the food and the service). The new addition: mini burgers (excellent). Recommended for an informal dinner with friends (it's popular with young people).

The place was lovely, everyone was kind and polite, the service was fast, the employee who served us was professional and knowledgeable about the menu, especially for celiacs (even though there wasn't a specific gluten-free menu). They did have a gluten-free sandwich with baked chips, everything was good!

The food was okay, but we didn't really appreciate the wait time for service. After our meal, we called the waiter three times, but he didn't come. We wanted our son to have dessert from his children's menu and we wanted to order coffees. Instead, we left a little angry that we hadn't finished... just to be clear, it was 2:30 p.m. and there weren't many people in the dining room.

Great option for families that eat in the mall and prefer better option than the big fast food hamburger chains. Great service, young and patient crew with excellent English. Gluten free burgers (and fries if I recall correctly)
