Old Wild West In Venezia

The place is very well located, next to the Pino restaurant (very good). I took a steak which I asked for rare, it arrived well cooked, my daughter a well cooked salmon without flavor, there were 5 of us, the dishes were all of the same quality, poorly cooked

5 stars for the service, waitress was nothing short of perfect in her service, congratulations!

Improved a lot. I hadn't been back for almost a year because beyond the environment and the service I had had a terrible experience with the food. However, this time I really noticed a notable improvement. We ate vegetable salad, plentiful and well prepared and spiced cockerel freshly cooked, a generous and well-assorted dish cooked well. Service and environment always in line. For an alternative to pizza or the usual place, even for families, I recommend it.

I ate well, the plating was much more refined than in other restaurants in the chain.

I was disappointed by the barbecue for two people which was quite small in portion size. In two, 4 small pieces of meat (half a chicken breast, half a frankfurter, a sausage and a small piece of meat. A mountain of chips and 3 vegetables on a huge plate. Eaten some time ago and it was very filling. It must have been a coincidence

Non è la prima volta che ci vado e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Il cibo è buono e il personale gentile. Ieri avevo trovato un pezzo di pellicola di plastica dentro l'insalatona e, dopo averlo fatto presente al personale, si sono scusati e ci hanno offerto il caffè. Piccolo gesto ma molto apprezzato che ha fatto la differenza. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Most mediocre "American" food you'll find around. Cheapest frozen fries and I also ordered extra cheddar and extra bacon (1.2 £ each) but I barely could find any cheddar over them. The burger was nothing special too. The pancakes were decent (what could go wrong in some Nutella pancakes though). Although, the service is really good and the environment looks nice. I recommand going to any basic fast food and you'll get exactly the same stuff for half the price.

Pleasant environment, delicious dishes, very helpful staff, highly recommended

Hello! From Australia and staying in Mestre two days so that I could see Venice. Having been on foot and about all day I really wanted a place where we could just get a bite to eat quickly. I've only just found the restaurant on this site and I don't know what all the complaints are about. I had a great night and enjoyed my meal. The waitress who served us was always smiling and polite and I'm kicking myself for not getting her name. The meals were served promptly even though it was quite busy, being a Saturday night. Tomorrow I'm off to Germany so not likely to get a chance to visit again this holiday, but on my next trip to Europe if I happen to drop in to Venice I certainly will be dropping in to Old Wild West because I will be both looking for a burger, and trying to get a name.
