I've been here several times with friends, and we've always enjoyed the food and service. The atmosphere and setting are pleasant, and we've never encountered any problems. I'm also writing this review to commend the excellent work of our waitress, Elena, who promptly responded to us and helped us with all our requests.

What can I say? Superb food, incredibly friendly staff, and a clean environment.
Thanks to the manager, Andrea, who greeted us with a smile and found us a table even though it was full. He was incredibly kind and professional!!!!

We had dinner at Old Wild West on Wednesday evening. We waited a little longer than usual for our food, but it was crowded, so that's understandable!
It's always been one of our favorite places. The staff is amazing! The woman who took our order was really nice, kind, and patient. She explained the delay with a smile and even apologized.

A recommended visit. Yes, you're in Italy. Pasta and pizza (all delicious), but sometimes you want a burger, nuggets, or a good piece of meat. Don't hesitate! There's a parking lot right underneath, so no excuses!

I'm a longtime customer; the staff has always been friendly, but today's food wasn't at all friendly.
It was supposed to be a New York Smash burger, but as you can see in the photo, I didn't understand what they gave me; the meat was actually burned.
