However I heard the lady at the cashier talking quite badly to some of the staff and we nearby could hear everything

Unfortunately I've already been there several times in a short time. First time they forgot the order and we waited an hour.... Second time I asked for a rare cut and they brought it to me well done.

Excellent choice for those who love good food in a welcoming environment. One of the things that is most striking is the great collaboration between the staff: the service is fast, organized and always with a smile. The food is tasty, well prepared and the portions are generous, perfect for a dinner with friends. Furthermore, the place is extremely clean and well looked after, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Ieri assieme ai ragazzi del Basket Mestre siamo stati a pranzo in occasione di tre compleanni dei ragazzi.
Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e devo dire che il posto è magnifico, il personale è simpatico ma soprattutto professionale. Inoltre la responsabile sala ci ha deliziati della sua simpatia, professionalità e gentilezza.
Poiché tutti sono stati contenti torneremo volentieri anche le prossime volte.
Per chi non è mai stato lo consiglio vivamente anche come location, 2 minuti dalla piazza Ferretto, con possibilità di parcheggio comodo.
Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff.

My experience in this place was very good: I came last week with friends and among the various dishes we also had the barbecue, with excellent quality meat, and the nachos with chilli, among my favourites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service very fast. Advised
