Hi, we went for a company dinner last night, we ate well, we compliment the kitchen on the meats and sandwiches, then we had desserts towards the end, everything was going well until after paying at the cash register with the angry waitress Elisa because she didn't want to give us separate accounts, after she was willing to give us separate accounts and paid we wanted to drink a coffee/bitter to end on a high note, but the waitress gave us a rude answer saying that we had already paid and that she had asked us for them already before but not there we wanted, in the end due to his behavior we left the club without drinking anything.

Although I am not in favor of commercial places like this, I must say that today I ate a really good pulled chicken sandwich.
Slow and inattentive service, but the food was ok.

Disappointment with the customer reception system. At the entrance you rightly have to wait for the staff who accompanies you to the table. Often the guys at the reception accompany the customers to the table and then start doing something else. The result is that even if you book there are long waits not to mention if you arrive without having booked. First those who have booked are brought to the table, then the others with waits of up to half an hour. Visited on Saturday 9th November it was barely warm inside I noticed many customers who didn't take off their jackets. You can't eat in the cold.....

I like to delight in the choices of meat and potatoes, always cooked in particular, good ways, and in a pleasant western style. Good waitresses. The manager/director, who changes jobs.

Cliente abituale, mi sento sempre a casa: sempre ben accolto dai camerieri/amici gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Servito in tempi rapidi, pietanze molto buone e di qualità, menù molto variegato per tutti i gusti (anche per vegetariani), vasta scelta di birre, prezzi onesti. In una parola: top! Appuntamento settimanale fisso e irrinunciabile utile per ricaricarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa pesante

È da un bel po' di tempo che una volta a settimana vado a cenare all ' OWW di Bassano.La mia non è quindi una recensione "emotiva" ma basata su esperienza consolidata.
Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo,carne di ottima qualità e personale simpatico e dinamico.
Unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare, è quello di cercare di migliorare un po' la climatizzazione del locale, cercando di fare un po' più fresco in estate e un po' più caldo d' inverno (anche se mi rendo conto della oggettiva difficoltà nel raggiungere l' obiettivo viste le ampie dimensioni del locale).
In ogni caso,assolutamente consigliato!
