Update 02/06/24 As usual we returned to eat here. There aren't many changes from the previous review Update 08/20/22 We returned to eat this evening after a year and I must say that we can see improvements. The service is faster and the staff more present. There are still small things to improve but overall we had a good time, the portions are always generous and the environment is very welcoming.

Clean environment, good food although by improving the presentation you could easily achieve an excellent 😅 the only sore point was the staff.. I think it's perhaps just inexperience but after waiting almost a quarter of an hour to get a table (we arrived at 7pm opening time so everything was still free and the waiters were just organizing themselves I presume..) the only boy with the PDA (there was only one and he had to follow the whole room! At least that's what the girl at the reception replied to us!) found himself having to take orders a bit at random, keeping us among the last (being seated at the back of the room and as the place actually filled up quite quickly) and thus delayed the service of the dishes by serving the last arrivals first and leaving us waiting! Let's say that nothing serious happened, but I admit it spoiled the evening a bit. In any case, I will return and I hope everything will be smoother... perhaps a room manager would be enough to keep these details under control... also because once we got to the cash register they asked us for the order receipt that the person who cleared the table had thrown away bringing it along with the dirty dishes!

Had lunch on a Sunday during the Christmas period with my wife and our two children, 9 and 4 years old. Very friendly, professional staff. The two classic cuts were really excellent, cooked as requested - medium rare and rare - truly delicious. The chicken meat is also excellent. I think it's the best oww in the province of Vicenza. I would like to say, however, that it was actually a bit cold inside the place and the bathrooms were in very unpleasant conditions. I'm very sorry, of course I don't know how the work of cleaning the bathrooms is organised, who has to do it, the number of times during a day etc.. but I'm sure the customer should find services in better conditions.

Excellent food and service, perfect for the price

Hi, we went to a company dinner last night, we ate well, we compliment the kitchen on the meats and sandwiches, then we had desserts towards the end, everything was going well until after paying at the cash register with the angry waitress Elisa because she didn't want to give us separate accounts, after she was willing to give us separate accounts and paid we wanted to drink a coffee/bitter to end on a high note, but the waitress gave us a rude answer saying that we had already paid and that she had asked us for them already before but not there we wanted, in the end due to his behavior we left the club without drinking anything.

Disappointment with the customer reception system. At the entrance you rightly have to wait for the staff who accompanies you to the table. Often the guys at the reception accompany the customers to the table and then start doing something else. The result is that even if you book there are long waits not to mention if you arrive without having booked. First those who have booked are brought to the table, then the others with waits of up to half an hour. Visited on Saturday 9th November it was barely warm inside I noticed many customers who didn't take off their jackets. You can't eat in the cold.....

Cliente abituale, mi sento sempre a casa: sempre ben accolto dai camerieri/amici gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Servito in tempi rapidi, pietanze molto buone e di qualità, menù molto variegato per tutti i gusti (anche per vegetariani), vasta scelta di birre, prezzi onesti. In una parola: top!
