It's a good place. The food is good. Fast service. Good prices.

The atmosphere is good for a chain, with tables fairly close together for a couple, but nice and spacious for families. The staff is attentive and helpful; I appreciated the wait at the door before being escorted to your table. The food was good for a chain, with tender, perfectly grilled chicken. I loved the fajitas. Highly recommended! I recently ate at a Mexican restaurant in Vicenza and it was surpassed by this chain. I have to revise my review. Excellent meal.

Large and characteristic place, fast and adequate service and excellent food, well cooked and plentiful.

Three of us (2 adults/1 child) went there on a Wednesday evening. The place is very nice, in the style of a chain, but it was full of mosquitoes even though we were inside. We had two special sandwiches with beer and water, and the child had a mini menu for a total of €47. The Coke was flat, the beer wasn't cold, and the child's dessert arrived melted due to the delay in serving even though the place wasn't crowded. As for the special sandwiches and fries, the quality (in my opinion) is superior to that of other chains, which are also cheaper. All things considered, I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend it.

I'm sorry I can't give a better review because as a regular customer for some time I have always found the service and the food served to be excellent, even in complicated situations of customer influx. However, I have to make a criticism that makes me drop my arms every time, the apparent impossibility, with a few exceptions in the years that I frequent the place, to do separate accounts (not in the Roman way) at the cash register, there is always a reason; either because on Saturdays before 9pm it is not done, or because the cash register is new and you still have to learn, or because there is a queue etc. In group dinners having to find yourself paying the same amount as those who, rightly, decide to take an appetizer, main course, dessert and bottled beer is quite annoying: as much as I can praise the service, mine was worth €15 not €35 as I found myself having to pay for some excuse that as a customer, for the umpteenth time, does not concern me. You understand that next time I will have a hard time choosing this restaurant, I hope to be able to change my mind.
