Nice place but too noisy and for me it's a problem. The service was good but unfortunately the food didn't convince me personally but that's just my opinion.

All very good, food, service and place! The only negative note... the bathroom sink! Bad is still not much, impossible to wash your hands without taking a shower!

A welcoming place in perfect western style, with a pleasant and informal atmosphere. The menu offers a good variety of burgers, grills and Tex-Mex dishes, ideal for a tasty dinner. The quality of the food is good, the portions are generous and the service is generally fast, although during busier times there may be a bit more waiting.
Good value for money, perfect for an evening with friends. Recommended for lovers of meat and American style!

I have always frequented this chain, tried it in various cities in Italy, the quality of the food in recent years has worsened a bit, however, despite choosing it less than I used to, every now and then I return with friends, as a couple, because the environment is still very nice and well themed, the food if you get it on the right evening is cooked well, delicious.
What strikes me is the staff, I understand that they are mostly university age kids, students or first-time job kids, generations change, the problem is definitely not just in the Bassano office, but really embarrassing, almost every time.

As usual we returned to eat here. There aren't many changes from the previous review
Update 08/20/22 We returned to eat this evening after a year and I must say that we can see improvements. The service is faster and the staff more present. There are still small things to improve but overall we had a good time, the portions are always generous and the environment is very welcoming.

Disappointment with the customer reception system. At the entrance you rightly have to wait for the staff who accompanies you to the table. Often the guys at the reception accompany the customers to the table and then start doing something else. The result is that even if you book there are long waits not to mention if you arrive without having booked. First those who have booked are brought to the table, then the others with waits of up to half an hour. Visited on Saturday 9th November it was barely warm inside I noticed many customers who didn't take off their jackets. You can't eat in the cold.....
