I know this "American food" restaurant chain well. I've already been to both Rome and Viterbo and wanted to compare. We had tacos as an appetizer. The meat was very tender, coated in just the right seasoning. The meat was cooked to perfection, as always, and of excellent quality. The baked potatoes (better than in Rome and Viterbo) were cooked perfectly with the right mix of spices. (Note: the ribs come with fries, so if you want baked fries, you'll have to specify that, obviously at a different cost.) The wait staff was really friendly and helpful. Notes* Wait times! The only thing I regret having to review is the wait time before ordering. We arrived at exactly 2:00 PM, and only 31 minutes later did the girl come over—I think she was the only one to take our order. Even taking into account the time it takes to consult the menu, a full 20 minutes of waiting is still a bit long in my opinion. One detail I'd like to highlight is the fact that the ribs are served with barbecue sauce already on top, even though it comes in a jar. If they had told me that, it would have been more correct. I would have preferred them to be served without anything on top and for me to decide when to dip them in the sauce. Another small deviation was the discrepancy in the arrival times between the ribs and the baked potatoes. We were almost finished with the meat, and only when it was time did the side dishes arrive. I think there needs to be better organization in managing the flow of people and thus reducing the wait times. Otherwise, I recommend it anyway!

Perfect Lunch at Old Wild West – GrandApulia Foggia We had lunch at Old Wild West at the GrandApulia shopping center in Foggia and had a truly excellent experience! We booked conveniently via the app, and upon arrival, we were greeted courteously and seated immediately. The restaurant has a classic Western atmosphere, warm and welcoming, perfect for a break from the daily grind. We ordered: Dakota BBQ Burger Crispy Tacos Appetizer Mix All washed down with Coke and beer. Everything was delicious! The meat was cooked just right, the flavors well-balanced, and the portions generous. The Appetizer Mix is ​​perfect for sharing, rich and tasty. The service was quick, and the staff very friendly and helpful, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The prices were fair and in line with the quality of the experience. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
