The meat was good but the waiting times were too long and when my wife and I were there it was too crowded, a flaw for us but a good thing for the place, maybe the slow service was due to that.

Aside from the excellent dishes, I'd like to highlight the great helpfulness and professionalism demonstrated by manager Silvia and her staff in managing my (admittedly complex) reservation and in the commendable kindness shown towards two elderly people (including my father) present at the lunch.

The Old Wild West is usually a great place to spend some time sitting comfortably and enjoying something "fast food" and more.... Here, however, we found ourselves having to wait a long time and, most importantly, unable to order anything after the first order due to a stampede of staff. Eventually, however, when we were reprimanded for their behavior, a hostess approached us to apologize and offer them a dessert. A fair and much-appreciated consideration.... Thanks to her intervention, I was able to give the service a 3-star rating. I don't know if we'll try again!

The food was delicious, especially the OOW sauce, which was delicious, especially with the fries. The staff was friendly, Antonella was very nice, and the wait times were reasonable.

11/02/2026: I've been there several times. For me, it's one of the best pizzerias. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The food is excellent, top-quality. The place is very elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere and original decor. This place is also perfect for a large group of friends. I have nothing to say; I'd gladly return as soon as possible!
