Customers don't always understand the conditions of the workers, and it's easy to judge... the delays, the waits, the poor service. Without considering that it's not always their fault. Today I had lunch, and despite there being only a few of us, they served us with kindness, patience, and speed.
Sometimes you have to put yourself in other people's shoes to understand before judging, even if it's not the customer's problem.

The place is a bit small for the crowds that flock there in the summer, thanks to its proximity to the port and Olbia airport. Otherwise, it's classic Old Wild West fare.

I found the atmosphere rather somber, but it certainly reflected the Western spirit. The service was rather poor and not really customer-focused. The food was quite good.

Everything was fine, the service was fairly quick, and my 3-year-old was given a little gift along with the children's menu. My only complaint is that we weren't served peanuts, which used to be the case. I don't know if it's self-service now. If so, it would be a good idea to let guests know once they're seated. Otherwise, everything was fine!
