Visited for lunch. Traditional dishes well cooked and served. The list of mainly Ligurian wines is good. Correct price

I regularly frequent the place during my lunch break, the dishes are always good and well prepared, the staff is always smiling, quick and attentive to the timing of the tables. If there were 20 more seats it would be top.

Well, I found the place to go to eat every day for lunch. Abundant and well prepared dishes. Fast and friendly service, a nice environment. Convenient to downtown offices. I like Lia but sometimes it's the opposite and it's better to leave her alone. The chef is a genius. Today carbonara, better than in Rome. What more could you want. oh the bill? more than fair.

Piccolo e "ristretto" localino, arredato in stile molto "casual", a metà strada fra le fermate metro De Ferrari e Sarzano, questo Officina34 (tutto attaccato) noi lo abbiamo trovato, anche fortunatamente aperto, per puro caso in una classica mite serata piovosa invernale genovese. L'offerta è varia e tipicamente mezza tradizione e mezza innovazione. Comunque qualcosa da mettere sotto ai denti di tuo gradimento di sicuro lo troverai. Porzioni leggermente più abbondanti della solita media "da dieta" dei ristoranti degli ultimi anni (e non solo in zona ligure), e preparazioni decenti, anche se pure qua mi sono caduti sui Mandilli, al limite dello scotto, che capisco che molti diranno che van gustati così, ma io dalla pasta preferisco una consistenza più decisa. Ottimo pesto, comunque, sebbene non offerto anche nella versione "avvantaggiata" (che ormai sempre in meno a Genova propongono). Scelta di birre insufficiente. Qualche vino invece nella loro carta lo trovi. Servizio cortese e molta disponibilità mentre i prezzi sono leggermente più altini della media di questi locali dei dintorni. Esperienza in generale tutto sommato positiva.

Best stuffed calamari that i ever eat!!! Very nice staff, the desert also is very good

I had dinner here with a group of friends! The place is small, the only negative point: we were at a table under the cash register, directly at the entrance. Despite this, the staff put us at ease and was smiling and prepared throughout the meal. We mainly opted for fish dishes, but the menu also included some land dishes. As far as I'm concerned I have to make a note of merit for the lean Cappon!! Truly excellent: I found it really tasty, rich but at the same time balanced. I recommend trying it!! The linguine with clams is also delicious! I was a little less convinced by the orecchiette with octopus sauce. Good stuffed calamari accompanied by leek cream. Generous portions, except for the second courses. All this paired with a good wine. Fair bill and in line with the restaurants in the area: for two courses each, a shared bottle of wine, water and coffee €40 per person.

The food was so delicious that I forgot to take the pics, but all you see in the menu with photos looks the same 🥰 This will be my 2d favourite restaurant in Genova, all the highest scales for this place!!!

Locale molto carino e caratteristico del centro storico di Genova: Per accedere ai necessari a fare una piccola salita, però tratta sibili 300 m. È molto piccolo e con pochi tavoli, quindi consiglio assolutamente la prenotazione. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, Accogliente e disponibile. Il menù presenta sia piatti di terra, sia piatti di mare, Con molte Scelte tipiche della cucina ligure. Abbiamo optato per il menù di pesce. Come antipasti, abbiamo scelto: Acciughe fritte e cappon magro (Uno dei migliori mai assaggiato, perfettamente impiattato, gustoso: Sono riusciti a dare il giusto valore a un piatto molto semplicea base di pesce e verdure, Consigliatissimo!). Come primi lo spaghetto alle vongole e le orecchiette al ragù di polpo erano entrambi ottimi, Con porzioni giuste e Ben conditi. Come secondo, abbiamo scelto il pescato del giorno su un pure di patate E calamari ripieni su crema di porri (anche questi ottimi, Con un ripieno veramente a base di pesce e non come in tanti posti, dove non si sente; L’unica pecca, forse è stata la porzione un po’ scarsa). Purtroppo non abbiamo assaggiato i dolci, ma mi ripropongo di ritornare! Per due piatti a testa (Antipasto+ Secondo oppure primo+ Secondo), Acqua, caffè e una bottiglia di vino in sette, abbiamo speso 40 € quindi tutto sommato, un prezzo consono a quelli disponibili sul mercato per una cena di pesce.

Very nice and characteristic place in the historic center of Genoa: To access the facilities you need to make a small climb, but it's about 300 m. It's very small and has only a few tables, so I definitely recommend making a reservation. The staff was always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The menu features both land and sea dishes, with many typical choices of Ligurian cuisine. We opted for the fish menu. As starters, we chose: Fried anchovies and lean cappon (One of the best I've ever tasted, perfectly plated, tasty: They managed to give the right value to a very simple dish based on fish and vegetables, Highly recommended!). As first courses, the spaghetti with clams and the orecchiette with octopus ragout were both excellent, with the right portions and well seasoned. As a second course, we chose the catch of the day on a mashed potato AND stuffed squid on leek cream (also excellent, with a truly fish-based filling and not like in many places, where you can't taste it; the only flaw , perhaps it was the portion that was a little small). Unfortunately we didn't try the desserts, but I plan to return! For two dishes each (starter + main course or first course + main course), water, coffee and a bottle of wine for seven of us, we spent €40 so all in all, a price in line with those available on the market for a fish dinner.
