28/01/2025: Excellent experience in every respect: super cuisine (the chef really pampered us with his specialties), very kind and helpful staff to adapt to our needs (early breakfast), excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you
28/01/2025: Carbonara = scrambled eggs with pasta and fat. My review only concerns the Carbonara dish I ordered. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've ever eaten in my life. The egg was cooked, the pasta was swimming in olive oil and the dish tasted like salty pasta with scrambled eggs. The only plus was that the portion was large. Good Chardonnay wine. My companions ordered pizza and were satisfied.
