I have known the pizza workshop since they opened but I had never tried pan pizza, accustomed to eating the classic round pizza. Then a few days ago, perhaps also in the throes of a mid-life crisis that made me notice how monotonous my life is, I tried pan pizza, just like that... for a change! SPAZIALE very crunchy and fragrant. When I think about how many times I've seen it and wanted to try it but I've always been afraid of taking the plunge. Pan pizza from the pizza workshop, try it.
