Getting to know the Officina della Brace was a decidedly pleasant experience… The environment, a little dated, but clean in the room and in the services, was the setting for a staff, although young, absolutely punctual and professional. I found the quality of the menu offered to be decidedly proportionate to the price list and I would like to point out some "off the menu" items that are unique and unfortunately not always available, such as the Giant Escargot and much more... The choice of first and second courses is complete and ready to satisfy any need for flavor and exclusivity. Only on a few occasions have I taken advantage of the Pizza, available in multiple flavors and with quality ingredients, which I still highly recommend. Also worth highlighting is a pleasant and welcoming green outdoor area, which I found always "prepared" throughout the summer season, down to the smallest details.
