Very kind staff and excellent service....excellent food

I usually come for the meat but also for the chapeau pizza.... one more reason to come back!

I must say that the owner and all the staff were super kind! The pizza is really good and the environment creates that family atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

Good evening. Getting to know the Officina della Brace was a decidedly pleasant experience… The environment, a little dated, but clean in the room and in the services, was the setting for a staff, although young, absolutely punctual and professional. I found the quality of the menu offered to be decidedly proportionate to the price list and I would like to point out some "off the menu" items that are unique and unfortunately not always available, such as the Giant Escargot and much more... The choice of first and second courses is complete and ready to satisfy any need for flavor and exclusivity. Only on a few occasions have I taken advantage of the Pizza, available in multiple flavors and with quality ingredients, which I still highly recommend. Also worth highlighting is a pleasant and welcoming green outdoor area, which I found always "prepared" throughout the summer season, down to the smallest details. I discovered a real gem for the palate! This fabulous restaurant is equipped with a charming wood-burning oven and always burning embers. The meat is simply extraordinary, with a tenderness and flavor that melts in your mouth, while the pizzas, fragrant and leavened to perfection, conquer with a balanced mix of fresh and tasty toppings. What about the homemade bread... fantastic. To top it all off, the homemade desserts are true works of art, which conclude the meal with a touch of deliciousness. The price in the end is more than fair. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a memorable dinner!
