Tuvimos una deliciosa comida donde mi esposa y yo comenzamos con una gran degustación de los diversos aperitivos y también pedimos incluir el sarro de res y carpaccio. Al ser un restaurante especializado en carne de res estas dos selecciones de carne estaban muy bien preparadas y sabrosas. Junto con estos dos artículos, el plato de degustación incluía un paté de hongos muy sabroso, albóndigas saladas y otros artículos. Todo muy bien. Para la red tomé el bistec Angus. Perfectamente cocinado mientras que mi ancho tenía la panciotta rellena de queso y berenjena cubierta por una deliciosa salsa de tomates. De postre compartimos el sorbete de bergamota para una buena manera de terminar la comida. El servicio aquí es muy atento y profesional. El restaurante tiene una increíble selección de vinos expuestos en todas partes en las paredes, sin embargo, cada uno tenía una copa de un excelente local. Los precios eran razonables también con esta comida cuesta unos 85 E. En general una gran comida.

Sito in centro città in una via con parcheggio su strada. Locale con pochi coperti e un arredamento con bottiglie a vista molto caratteristico. Menù con qrcode che fa perdere qualche punto in partenza, poi recuperato dalle ottime pietanze egregiamente preparate e ben presentate il tutto accompagnato da un servito attento e molto professionale. Ottimi anche i dolci. Mi sarei aspettato un sommelier che ci avesse consigliato qualche bottiglia dalla ben fornita cantina e la visita al tavolo dello Chef…che invece andava da chi preferiva o forse da chi conosceva! Prezzi leggermente altini.
