We visited this restaurant for two nights in the same week. The owners' hospitality exceeded all expectations, as only the South can. Roberto described everything we were about to eat with passion and dedication, from the selection of high-quality ingredients to the reasoning behind their combinations. Anna, on the other hand, took care of us as only a true restaurateur can. They enter your heart, like their pizzas, which are a constant source of ecstasy. They don't bloat, they're flavorful enough to not require water, and they leave you wanting more, just like we did... and we'll be back again to make their food a truly joyful experience.

The atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. We ate pizza with friends and were all satisfied, both with the dough, which in my opinion isn't 00 flour but seemed like type 0 or even type 1, and also with the preparation, leavening, and baking. My only small complaint: the dough should be a little less salty. Otherwise, excellent.
