Now one of my favorite places in Pigneto

First time here for me: the strong point of TIMELESS (spelled with two s's, also for those who want to sign autographs) is definitely the quality of the raw materials and the professionalism of the STAFF (also here: with two F's). I will gladly return.

The place looks very pleasant, but the owner's hospitality is terrible, bordering on rude. He doesn't know how to address his customers' individual needs. The service is good, the girls are knowledgeable and friendly, but the food is pretentious, with limited choice and poor quality, offering a very poor value for money. The only truly interesting thing are the cultural meetings hosted by poets who have chosen this space for a monthly event, but the place is so chaotic that it's impossible to attend these very interesting poetry events. In short, given the wide selection of venues in the area, I'd recommend staying elsewhere and only at Timles during the poetry meetings.

A second home! Excellent food, friendly and polite staff... Andrea, the owner, is knowledgeable and friendly, and also caters to the needs of families with children! A children's menu is also available to please everyone!

A simply extraordinary experience. Timeless is the ideal place for those seeking refinement, quality, and atmosphere in a single evening. The food is excellent, meticulously crafted, with authentic flavors and elegant presentations that captivate from the first bite. Live music adds a magical touch, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere that makes every moment special. The service is attentive, professional, and always smiling, helping guests feel truly pampered. Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten in my life... "Roman pulled pork." Never change!!!

The place is very nice. Aside from a wait that was almost unreasonable, given that the place was empty and we had a reservation, we were welcomed in. They set up tables for us that were close together but separated to facilitate the flow. We even had to wait a few minutes to order. We mainly ordered sandwiches and beer. The beer was very good, and everyone loved the sandwiches, which were freshly prepared. I must say that mine, despite being topped with jalapeños, wasn't too spicy, and I actually appreciated the flavor of all the ingredients. Aside from a bit of a wait at the beginning, the service was smooth and without too much of a wait. The 3 for service is mainly due to the initial wait. Everything else is a 4/5.

Definitely the best burger joint in Pigneto. The fried foods are also excellent. The wine selection could be improved, but let's just say it's acceptable for a place like this.

The best thing, and what makes the difference, is coming in and feeling welcomed...like at home! Excellent food, the Apulian woman serving is top-notch in terms of politeness, kindness, and helpfulness, as is Andrea. Happy holidays, Timlesss :-) See you in September!
