Officina Burger 'n' Beer In Roma

Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten in my life... "Roman pulled pork." Never change!!!

The place is very nice. Aside from a wait that was almost unreasonable, given that the place was empty and we had a reservation, we were welcomed in. They set up tables for us that were close together but separated to facilitate the flow. We even had to wait a few minutes to order. We mainly ordered sandwiches and beer. The beer was very good, and everyone loved the sandwiches, which were freshly prepared. I must say that mine, despite being topped with jalapeños, wasn't too spicy, and I actually appreciated the flavor of all the ingredients. Aside from a bit of a wait at the beginning, the service was smooth and without too much of a wait. The 3 for service is mainly due to the initial wait. Everything else is a 4/5.

Definitely the best burger joint in Pigneto. The fried foods are also excellent. The wine selection could be improved, but let's just say it's acceptable for a place like this.

The best thing, and what makes the difference, is coming in and feeling welcomed...like at home! Excellent food, the Apulian woman serving is top-notch in terms of politeness, kindness, and helpfulness, as is Andrea. Happy holidays, Timlesss :-) See you in September!

This place is perfect in every way. A delightful place with perfect decor. I've been several times, eating different things, and everything was excellent. I have food intolerances, and they made themselves available. Andrea and his staff are delightful: very kind and attentive in their service. 👏👏👏

My favorite place in Pigneto! As soon as you cross the threshold you immediately understand that you are not in the usual place: every detail is studied, cared for, elegant but without ostentation. There is a refined elegance that welcomes you and makes you feel immediately in the right place. The food? An experience. Clear flavors, raw materials of the highest quality, combinations thought out and never banal. Each dish speaks of attention, competence and passion. The staff is courteous without being intrusive, present at the right time and always with a smile. And the bill? Honest. A quality/price ratio that is rare to find today, especially in an area now inflated like Pigneto.

Selection of imported beers, excellent and well-balanced burgers, highly recommended.
