I ordered two chickens for takeout, and you can immediately tell how much the restaurant focuses on quality. The chicken was truly tasty and authentic, and the staff was extremely friendly. My compliments!

First time at Odio il Brodo, and I have to say their menu is truly unusual, in the best sense of the word. I tried the Pink Bao and found it tasty and balanced, a mix of flavors and textures you wouldn't expect from a simple burger. My friend, on the other hand, opted for the bold monthly menu item, the Fungo Fico, and loved it! If you're looking for a quick lunch that's a little different, this is the place! The staff is friendly and cheerful, and the place is playful, whimsical, and colorful. A must-see in Trieste.

A unique place right in the center of Trieste. Very friendly. The service was excellent. Prices are moderately high, but we're still in the center of town.

Popped into Odio II Brodo on our trip to Trieste on a whim, the staff were amazing, and the Parmi burger recommended by them from their specials was easily one of the best meals I've had in Trieste and in my top 5 burgers overall, couldn't recommend this place more.

A truly fantastic restaurant with incredibly good chicken! The bao dish, in particular, was an absolute highlight: super tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and truly delicious.
The wraps and fries are also top-notch. The quality and taste completely won me over – I'll definitely be back!

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Trieste for a romantic getaway or a night out with friends. The food is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. The chef creates a new dish every month. Wonderful.
