Odio il brodo In Trieste

We haven't been this excited in a long time. This bistro is a miracle. We've never eaten anything like these flavors that seem to go together. The staff is also very friendly. We wish you lots of satisfied customers and ideas.

Básicamente comida rápida, pero está bien. Probamos dos sándwiches y ambos estaban bien. Son sándwiches de pollo, pero tenían buen sabor y textura. Los bollos eran especialmente agradables.

We went here for lunch and the waitress kindly translated the menu into English for us. The food was delicious.

The chef is an artist, the dishes are his works. An experience not to be missed if you are in Trieste.

An interesting offer, but at the level of fast food. In food, at least what we have tried, there is not so many flavors, especially spices. As a result, the offer is too expensive for what is offered, even though the service was very friendly.

Particular place in the center that offers chicken dishes. Very kind staff, delicious dishes. I recommend the Bao with fried chicken, delicious.

Siamo tornati dopo un anno e non posso che confermare: buono buono buono! Menù ricco, porzioni giuste, saporito ma non esagerato. In più location piacevole e personale cortese e simpatico. Ormai tappa fissa quando siamo a Trieste

Best Chicken in North Italy. Sometimes you are just hungry and want to eat something fast. This is not Odio II Brodo! The chicken here is on another level — crispy outside, tender inside, full of flavor. The sides are great too, and the service is quick and very friendly. Pro Tip: if the service offers you some random creation just say Yes and enjoy the awesomeness ;) Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area and craving something satisfying.

Very original place, both in the offer and in the furnishings. Good selection of sandwiches and dishes, fusion cuisine, main theme "chicken". Excellent both for a casual lunch and for an aperitif or an informal dinner. Only two things to point out: menu perhaps to be updated. We have been twice in the last 3 months and in both cases we found them very worn out with all the prices adjusted upwards. Maybe it's better to reprint them. Plus there are no drinks/beers, there is a blackboard behind the counter which however does not display the prices. Luckily there were no surprises when it came to the bill. Online prices.

The place is very nice inside, we took the general tao with chips, the chicken was very soft and fried very, very good with an incredible slightly spicy sauce. The grill cheese toast with duck cheese and black cherries was sensational when you bite into the black cherries you feel this sweet flavor which however does not clash with the toast as a whole. The sandwich of the month was a Maritozzo with TAIWANESE fried chicken black garlic aioli & asparagus Gremoalda in rocket, raisins and lemon, ricotta salata and spring onion was a little too elaborate for my tastes, a few too many flavors together that couldn't be understood together. Very recommended place, we loved it, the staff was very friendly, we will definitely be back to try other dishes!!!
