Best sushi Good quality Service all very nice

We had the "all you can eat and drink" menu for 26 euros. That means alcoholic drinks as much as you want, alcoholic drinks 2 glasses. 26 euros, in the center of Bolzano, that's a very good offer if you want to be really full. The menu is huge, from Chinese cuisine to sushi to poke. From duck to beef to chicken, shrimp, sashimi, Asian noodle and rice dishes, spring rolls, steamed and fried ravioli, etc. Now about the quality: the ingredients are fresh and sometimes well seasoned, this especially applies to fried dishes. The sauces for curries are very simple, lacking acid, ginger and some other components, and some are not seasoned enough. Sushi is ok, but has a lot of room for improvement. The service: probably the biggest weak point. The two of you are simply overwhelmed, not very friendly, you almost have to beg. This often results in longer waiting times. The kitchen closes at 10:30 p.m., which is generally appropriate, but unfortunately no notice is given beforehand and so we couldn't order anything at 10:35 p.m. Conclusion: Price performance is certainly ok and you can't go wrong. With better service and a few touches in the kitchen, it would be worlds better.

It's a shame, the food would be good, but the portions are small and the service is obviously one too many.
