The location, atmosphere, and food were excellent; however, the customer service was a bit colder than expected.

We got married in Florence in November 2024 and chose Obicà Mozzarella Bar to host our welcome dinner for about 95 guests. Finding a restaurant in Florence that could comfortably accommodate such a large group was challenging, but Obicà stood out among the 3–4 options suggested by our wedding planner. The space is absolutely stunning. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves, and it felt spacious yet intimate. For those planning events with over 100 people, Obicà can easily accommodate larger groups as well. Our guests enjoyed mingling on the gorgeous outdoor patio with comfortable couches, as well as inside by the stylish bar. The food was a highlight. Obicà offered a variety of thoughtfully curated packages, and we opted for two hours of open bar paired with a buffet-style dinner. The spread featured fresh mozzarella, a selection of pastas and pizzas, appetizers, cold cuts, and desserts. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff did an exceptional job of replenishing the buffet and ensuring drinks were promptly made and served. Overall, our guests were thoroughly impressed, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue with outstanding food and excellent service, Obicà Mozzarella Bar is a fantastic option, whether for a wedding event or any other special occasion.

The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a range of delicious dishes that perfectly complement the star ingredient. I loved their pasta and variety of dishes on the menu. The pairing suggestions for wines and cocktails were spot on, enhancing the flavors of every dish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. They took the time to explain the menu and provide excellent recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable. Located in the heart of Florence, it’s a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or on your own, Obicà Mozzarella Bar offers an exceptional culinary experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Five stars all the way!

Very nice place, excellent food, prices in line with Via Tornabuoni

Amazing food and atmosphere spoiled by poor service. Attended this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. It’s in a great location and the room and patio are stunning. The menu is varied with excellent choices. Bar has various options and an extensive wine list. What really let this place down was the service. When we arrived there were tables seated after us who had orders taken and served before we had our orders taken. We had ordered a drink that needed to be asked for twice and even then I had to go to the bar to request they actually bring the order. The croquettes were delicious and highly recommended. The salmon was fresh and really well balanced with the salad. The pizzas were delicious despite being served cold. Loved the pumpkin on a pizza giving a delicious sweetness. Can recommend it. Overall the site and the food is amazing. This was marred by poor service and a clearly angry waitress who was not supported by her team. Slammed plates and withering looks are really unappreciated no matter the cost of the meal.

Food lovely. Surroundings/ambience lovely. Staff... A bit patchy! We had one that looked like he didn't care much, and another who was very attentive. But I'd still definitely go back and would recommend to anybody.

Obicà Mozzarella is an informal and contemporary restaurant and pizzeria in the heart of Florence, in via de' Tornabuoni. Obicà offers the best Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, pizzas and traditional Italian dishes in a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. I had dinner with friends, the service was courteous, present but not intrusive, the dishes were very good and the location was very suggestive! During the summer period, the outdoor terrace is also very nice, an ideal place to nibble on something and drink a good cocktail.
