Best hut on the Kronplatz! Top-notch service, and the waiters are super friendly, good-looking, and fulfill every special request with a smile! I think the toques should be given to all the alpine kitchens. Regional cuisine, regional products, and so beautifully presented, your mouth starts to water when you look at the pictures. Congratulations and thank you for having us for hungry, tired hikers, and you also feed on the joy that your eyes eat with you. 😅 Beautiful alpine herb for everyone, yes, I would definitely recommend it.

In a setting seemingly straight out of a postcard, the Oberegger Alm offers an unforgettable experience, flawlessly combining landscape, cuisine, and hospitality. We enjoyed two main courses that alone were worth the visit: the rich and flavorful local sausage with roasted onion, sauerkraut, and speck dumpling, and a refined venison carpaccio, enhanced by blueberry sauce, a hint of tangy horseradish, shaved parmesan, and fresh arugula. A perfect balance between tradition and creativity. But the real triumph came with the desserts: the homemade ricotta dumplings, filled with gianduja, served with a velvety vanilla sauce, and the warm chocolate cake, accompanied by marinated berries and a surprising homemade rosemary gelato. A spectacular finale that left us speechless. If you're passing through, you absolutely can't miss them: they are pure poetry for the palate! Finally, it's worth noting that the place is easily accessible by car and wheelchair-accessible, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful.
