Excellent experience. We arrived with a bit of skepticism and completely changed our minds about everything. High level service with waiters and restaurant manager trained and absolutely not improvised as you usually find on Saturday evenings in other places. Recommended delicious starter from cured meats to tartare to carpaccio and then define the dinner with 2 exceptional types of meat.

Esperienza fantastica, buon cibo, atmosfera familiare ed accogliente.
Un po’ caro ma alla fine paghi la qualità del cibo che ordini, unica delusione il dolce che ho preso la sfera al cioccolato con il caffè caldo.

A pochi passi da casa, non lo conoscevamo e abbiamo voluto provarlo dopo aver visto alcuni post interessanti su un noto social. La location è ubicata in una traversa laterale piuttosto isolata e non facile da trovare a poca distanza dall'uscita della superstrada di Varcaturo. Tuttavia, il locale è davvero carino, arredato in maniera moderna e raffinata, con musica soft in sottofondo e camerieri (numerosi e precisi) abbigliati tutti rigorosamente in nero. Come d'altra parte il protagonista dello show cooking, che appare in occasione dell'uscita della bistecca taglio Tomahawk. Davvero scenografico. Il menù è a base di carne, alcuni tagli anche molto pregiati (al relativo costo). Cucina con piatti ricercati e particolari (mini bun di Wagyu, Umani Pork), carne di assoluto livello. Una ottima esperienza, al costo (medio-alto) di locali e pietanze di livello analogo. Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, agevolato da simpatico ragazzo di colore.
