If you wander around the area, there are definitely more affordable places for an aperitivo. I personally found the spritz very commercial and watered down, definitely not worth €10. The land-based cuoppo was good, while the seafood one was very dry.

I liked it. Perhaps because, coming from Florence, where everything is incredibly expensive, spending €50 for two, including a Spritz (nice and full-bodied, not full of ice), a free platter of chips, bruschetta, and other appetizers, and two (enormous) seafood cuoppi didn't seem like a steal at all. I hadn't noticed the lack of prices displayed, especially since, in the chaos of San Gregorio Armeno, finding a seat at lunchtime seemed like a dream. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you couldn't pay with a POS terminal, only cash. What if someone doesn't have any?

A genuine and festive atmosphere. For €20, you get a nice platter and two Spritzes (nicely filled, not ice-cold).

We had to wait a bit before being seated, but the food was very good, the fried food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. They even gave us a free platter at the end to make up for the wait. A wonderful experience.

17/10/2025: Nice and well located place.... The welcome is amazing but only thanks to Gabriele who knows how to make fun of you.... and thanks to the person who served me, a girl whose name I don't know... short short hair... very kind... the others had zombie faces... for my order a bit of time had passed so I asked if they needed more time... they didn't answer me and Gabriele was told THE LADY IS WAITING.... I hope it's because of too much work but if it wasn't for Gabriele and the waitress I would have given 1 star... the dish was good.. but next time I'll go there just to say hello to Gabriele..
