As a fan of the genre, I couldn't help but make a pilgrimage here to taste Francesco's per e muss. It's a simple place in an industrial area, which is why it's very popular with truck drivers at all hours. And this is one of the quality guarantee seals. At the counter, Francesco and two other generations assemble tasty salads with the best cuts of tripe: not only foot and snout, but also centopelle, zizza (udder), spicy snout and matrix (uterus), accompanied by thin slices of fennel, olives greens and lupins. Depending on the size, the trays cost 5 (for one person), 10 or 15 euros. To wash it down, a cold beer is best. The interior is simple, with a few wooden tables and a single wooden toothpick for cutlery. The place is ideal for a fun evening with friends, but be careful because there is already a crowd at 4pm, their opening time. It goes without saying that snout and other offal are very fresh and delicious. There is no cover charge, so the bill is what you pay. I recommend a detour to everyone, especially those traveling on the A30!

We know what we're going to eat very well. I would have given more if the second tray we ordered was hard to eat. Little to the service just because they don't give a plastic plate. We ate on napkins

A very well-known and renowned place for those who want to taste 'o Muss, as an aperitif or as a dinner, on San Valentino Torio, absolutely the top, highly recommended, but arm yourself with great patience, there is always a queue down to the street and the few tables available at the local, they are always packed. But the wait is worth it!
