Discovered by chance, on a Saturday evening, booking just a couple of hours before. The atmosphere is cheerful, the owners are the classic people you would like to have as friends, very kind and friendly; Professional but not cold and detached. You can see that they do it with a lot of passion. Engaging in the explanation of the menu and very prepared. Being Saturday and being dishes cooked on the spot, the waiting time was not short but the quality and taste of the meats (mixed grills) were worth every single minute. Attention to detail with the change of the preheated plate, just before bringing the meat to the table that continues to cook on the stone, directly at the table. Interesting the rich cellar and also the craft beers, for every taste. Very positive experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

Crazy, a fantastic experience.
We had an Apericena with a capital A this time but we will certainly return to try the rest (it will take time because there is a huge choice, once you have tasted the quality I am sure it will be time well spent).
Disproportionate value for money because we spent little but ate a lot and in a superlative way.
Excellent beer to say the least.
Extremely clean and tidy place, the staff incomparable: attentive, efficient, kind and fun. In the restaurant you can breathe a contagious harmony, a truly happy place.
Truly characteristic location, well looked after, plenty of seating both inside and outside (covered veranda and not overlooking a busy street so perfect).
Easily reachable from the center in a few minutes with a bus that passes frequently and ends in Piazza Dante (42), if desired very close to the Sturla train station, with ample parking available around.
What can I say, we found a fantastic place and we recommend it to everyone!

Back for the second time.
I really appreciate this place for the choice to use short and direct supply chain products.
Mostly Ligurian, including garlic (from Vessalico)!
Organic meat
It happens that things are missing from the menu because, by sourcing from small local companies that do not produce in industrial quantities, they quickly run out.
They are very competent
Even the wine list...many are very local and particular, then, to please everyone, there is no shortage of "foreign" ones.
The same goes for beers.
Yesterday I tasted an excellent Happy Strong Ale from the Busalla Brewery, so tasty that it seemed like an almond had been added to it!
The desserts are homemade
And
the informal but classy environment.
I really like it and a strong motivation to come back again and again is listening to the explanations of the very kind and knowledgeable owner who provides precious and detailed information on everything served!
Thanks to him I discovered that IPA beer has the peculiarity of a high hop content which was used, thanks to its natural preservative properties, by the English for long ship journeys to satisfy the demand in India during Colonialism.
The meat is very good, I prefer pure meat without contamination from various sauces.
Even the vegetables are special!
You can also choose to opt for an aperitif with tastings of cured meats, Ligurian cakes, etc.

There were 2 of us and we had a great time!
The food is good and of good quality, the staff are friendly and know how to advise, I found the place very nice! In my opinion it will be even more beautiful in the summer because it has a spacious outdoor area.
We chose the tasting menu (which includes 1 mixed platter of cheeses and cured meats, a trio of meats and a cut each), 2 desserts, a side dish and a drink, spending just over €50 each... But we left there with super full and satisfied bellies... They deserved them all!!!
It was a pleasant surprise and we will certainly return, both alone and with friends and relatives, so as to let them know about it too!
