Ospitalità eccellente, ottima cucina e simpatica disponibilità del personale. Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo scelto ognuno un piatto tipico diverso. Tutto eccezionale. La proprietaria Teresa una fonte inesauribile di curiosità su Erice, con la visita non prevista alla terrazza del ristorante. Un posto magico, da ritornare sicuramente.

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Il personale è divertente e la serata è stata piacevole, soprattutto grazie alla padrona di casa.

The terrace is quite nice (on the main square of Erice), the service very average, the food very mediocre, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. For a drink possibly but not for lunch. Three (generous) stars for the location. You will find much better in this small medieval village.

We dropped a glass due to the slanted position, were immediately given a new drink and even a snack as an apology. Really great experience.

We stopped during a visit to Erice, we were welcomed by Sara with kindness and education. We ordered a bit of everything: from Ericiana couscous (exceptional! Very tasty and full of fish), the typical Trapani busiate, the local Genoese pistachio (served slightly hot it was very good), the arancini... all delicious ! All accompanied by a perfect climate given the place and by Sara's friendliness who immediately put us at ease. Highly recommended!

Quiet, pleasant place, good food and service, I don't understand why they give it such a bad rating... they have served us very well! And the truth is the place does not deserve that score, perhaps on days with more people it will take them to serve... but like everywhere! so well...I can't say I wouldn't go back. Our experience has been better than expected given the score seen. 100% recommended

The Edelwaiss bar-restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful open-air view of the square.☀️ The dishes are cooked with extreme care and with fresh products at advantageous prices, especially the first courses and the fantastic busiate typical of Trapani🍝 The service is efficient and the waiters are always impeccable, as is the welcome of the owners, who also manage a nearby hotel. Highly recommended! Ask for the mushroom and lemon busiate! You will not regret it!

We are here for the second time this week, but for us this is absolutely great, everything is great, the service, the food, the location, the environment, we came today just to have a light lunch here..👍👍👍

25/08/2024: Pranzo tipico siciliano davvero spettacolare, ci siamo imbattute per puro caso mentre percorrevamo le splendide vie del borgo di Erice. Dina e Salvatore, i proprietari, ci hanno coccolato per tutto il pranzo, attenti e soprattutto cordiali. La spiegazione di come cucinano i piatti della tradizione, tramandata dai nonni, ci fa commosso! Consigliamo l’antipasto vegetariano con il cous cous e la caponata! 😍 un sogno! Grazie di tutto
14/07/2024: Fantastic homemade food from the grandmother’s (nonna’s) recipes! Cool interior, prompt service with a smile. Definitely try the local cous cous flavoured with lemon and orange, it’s so refreshing.

18/08/2023: We ate some delicious tartare, a seafood appetizer, a cuttlefish ink risotto and busiate with seafood, the only flaw being the mixed fry which, in addition to being very salty, included calamari, baby octopus and a, I mean a, prawn. The restaurant wasn't very full, despite this the service was very, very slow, for a cold appetizer and a first course, per person (there were 3 of us) an hour and a half, in my opinion it's excessive! In any case, the staff was friendly and kind, during the payment phase, to apologize for the inconvenience of the frying, I was given a discount of €5.00. Honest prices!
18/08/2023: Beautiful location in Selinunte. Careful and attentive service. Excellent dishes, good choice of wines Advised.
