Nuovo Caffe' Greco In Siena

The taste was just okay. They were rude. There's a reason why Koreans have bad reviews! I think they overpaid for the bathroom.

Right in the heart of the city is this local bar with normal priced drinks. It's cheap and cheerful and a stones throw from more touristy bars charging three times the price for a coffee.

Nice little café – lots of locals but also frequent large tourist groups. Prices are okay, good bread rolls, friendly service.

Small bar, quite welcoming inside. I had breakfast with a pistachio brioche which was decent. The staff was ok.

The coffee was good, as was the small slice of panforte and the three cantuccini we ordered, but the total price didn't justify it. We spent just over €20 (€7.50 for three coffees at the table, plus over €12 for the rest) for slow service. The three coffees were brought to our table, and then, 10 minutes later, the rest of our order (just enough time to drink the practically cold coffee) despite the fact that there were only us and four or five other people there. The staff was undoubtedly uninterested, inattentive, and almost annoying, while the bathroom was neither clean nor equipped with a system to lock the door to ensure a modicum of privacy. The prices at the "pastry" end were quite high and not displayed at the counter.
