Dinner at Nuh was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. Every detail was filled with care, love, and delicacy. It's worth the trip to stop by this place and simply marvel at it. A gem for Tivoli.

A delicious surprise in Tivoli. The roasted cauliflower’s is a must try! The fettuccine with mushroom, herb sauce and tagliolino with truffle absolutely divine. Beautiful quiet setting with an inventive Italian menu.

A high-end gastronomic experience, where cuisine meets elegance and attention to detail. The seasonal tasting menu perfectly met our expectations, a balanced and surprising experience in every course. A special thank you to those who looked after us with attention and professionalism throughout the dinner, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's location, despite its bold design, is simply extraordinary, rivaling the heart of our hometown (Rome). The chef's visit at the end of the evening was particularly appreciated, a truly classy gesture that demonstrates passion and dedication. Sincere compliments to the entire staff. Our group came from Vietnam, visited the Palaces of the Emperor and the Popes...! Lunch at Nuh Osteria. Very delicious Italian flavor, the ash beef dish is very typical of D' Ester. This delicious dish was enjoyed for the first time because it was required by the restaurant because of the large group...! However, it is very Italian and very special. But the restaurant's service was not good because the waiter did not know English? Ordered 4 plates of Pasta, but they brought out 7 plates? The dish that was required to be tried because of the large group was the Ash cow dish. When ordering, they said it was 60 Euros for 7 people, but when paying, they did not split it and said the price was listed on the website? ... making the bill more than double the expected price? This misunderstanding may be due to language barriers! But the restaurant needs staff who know English to serve tourists better!

Finally, a restaurant with a capital R. Excellent food, unique recipes rooted in the local area. Superb service. Recommended.

Meals rarely disappoint when we travel to Italy, but there have always been a couple of restaurants that are true standouts. On our 3rd visit, Nuh was definitely one of those standout restaurants! Steak tartare with shaved truffles, truffle pasta, a delicious spicy tomato pasta dish and a mushroom stew were all truly amazing standout dishes. 100% recommend a stop at this amazing restaurant in Tivoli!

Off the beaten track. Original Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Very tasty and great service. Highly recommend the beef tartare and pasta con Tartuffe!
