Excellent food; we tried the platter, the tagliatelle with venison ragù, and the polenta with venison cheek—all truly authentic. The view is breathtaking, and the owner is hospitable. A glass of Chardon is also highly recommended.

20/08/2025: I wonder why the owner often doesn't say hello. He's brusque during lunch hours. Is he like this because there's always a lot of people and he's nervous? He should be happy about it. No? I'm giving it three stars because the food is very good. I'd appreciate a little more courtesy...

17/12/2025: I've had lunch there several times while skiing—and it's always a pleasure. Sophisticated menu for a mountain hut, welcoming staff, and a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn! Good value for money given its location in Plan Maison. This year, I'm only missing the half bottle of Torrette Superieur they had in previous years :-)
16/12/2025: I was here on a Thursday in November. I had an excellent lunch of venison stew and potatoes, followed by an excellent apple pie. The staff was very friendly, and the prices were fair.
