It is worth noting that the table service is very fast, it is not the best I have experienced on my vacation to Italy, perhaps because their customer service line is more casual or perhaps as my partner notes, more youthful and a little more arrogant, removing that we noticed it was strange after previously visiting other restaurants where the service was more than exquisite, the difference is noticeable but the food, I say again, was exquisite, their wine tasting included (it was obvious of course, we ordered a wine that cost almost 30 euros), a pasta dish and a saltimbocca that was exquisite, tears came to your eyes.

The best thing we ate in Rome! A truly fantastic restaurant with friendly staff. It feels authentically Italian.
