Novantiqua In Bordighera

We had not booked and did not know this restaurant but what a pleasant surprise: everything was impeccable! The warm and welcoming team found us a table, the dishes were very good with beautiful combinations of flavors with Asian influences and the wine list is magnificent! This restaurant in Bordighera Alta is truly a nice discovery. The prices are a little high but it is absolutely worth it. Very fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delicious welcome plate. Highly recommended!

This is easily the best Sushi I have ever had the pleasure of eating! With out of the box ingredients and truly Inspired flavor combinations, the Chef is nothing short of a Genius. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by this truly one-of-a-kind Resturant!

Cenar aquí es una experiencia agradable. Probamos una variedad de rollos de sushi y el nigiri y todo estaba muy fresco y bien preparado; era excelente. El servicio es bastante amable también. Recomendamos encarecidamente cenar aquí.

En general, una buena experiencia. Divertida carta de cócteles, buena carta de vinos. Comida decente pero cara por la cantidad. 8 piezas de sushi para 16 € y 18 €. Personal amable y servicial que te hace sentir visto y bienvenido. Bonita ubicación. Bueno si estás cansado de pizza o pasta en tus viajes .. si eso es posible!
