I returned with my wife from a 6.5-hour hike. They welcomed us and we ate well. The owners are truly wonderful people. Fantastic location. We'll be back.

An unexpected discovery! Wonderful scenery and authentic nature. The cuisine was another great surprise: a starter beautiful to look at and spectacular to taste. A place that captivates you twice, with the eyes and the palate. Highly recommended!

There he is, Massimo D'Atri, firmly at the helm of Novacco, along with Silvia... a true oasis of flavor in the wild heart of Saracena. Around? Just nature as far as the eye can see, aromas that embrace your nostrils and make you hungry even if you've just finished eating. Everything is good. Absolutely delicious. The kind that makes you say "Mmm!" at the first bite and then feel ashamed for not having said "bring me more!" before. Now, a special mention for the desserts: masterpieces created by the master's expert hands. They're not desserts... they're mystical experiences! Delight guaranteed. I'm telling you: come on an empty stomach. In fact, fasting for at least 12 hours. Because "my belly, make a hut" isn't enough here: you need a multi-story villa.

Every dish is meticulously crafted, both in flavor and presentation. Surrounded by greenery, almost lost in the middle of nowhere. I ate wonderfully and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The mayor and local politicians should strongly encourage this type of establishment. A great asset to this beautiful region.
