Excellent desserts, good coffee ☕️

I don't give 5 stars simply because I haven't tasted the savory one (which I can't comment on) but the sweet one is truly super. As for the bar I can say that they have a good blend (no heartbreaking) being a fan of the drink I was delighted when the aftertaste wasn't burnt (sometimes guys it also depends on the grinding and the water) and it didn't bother the stomach ! Croissants and similar have the magic of well-leavened dough (if you open one you will discover a world of bubbles) which is not air but rather good leavening (a little like Roman white pizza). Their desserts are also worth savoring... in short, try them and you will see that you won't regret it. Until next time...

The manager has renovated the place, he has a pastry shop inside, the coffee and cappuccino are good, the pastries are good with a wide choice of savory ones too, if you pass by there stop by, it's worth it, the aperitif is also good

Notes of ice cream, discovered by chance because I was passing through as I come from Rieti to reach Manziana, where my mother lives, it is a pastry bar where, halfway through the journey, I always find excellent cappuccinos and EXCELLENT croissants and pastries. When I pass on Thursday morning, it's a truly happy moment, a parenthesis that... I wait for. The staff are all professional, attentive and smiling, and serve everyone in the same way, both those who are passing through and those like me who pass by occasionally. Congratulations to everyone therefore, because all this is not at all a given. And thanks!
