The perfect atmosphere for a post-beach lunch. We ate wonderfully. We had peppered mussels, seafood scialatielli, and octopus in a pignata. Everything was delicious. I recommend it to anyone passing through.

We stayed at the Oasi Salento residence, as we have been for several years now (obviously, we're not just happy, but absolutely fantastic!!!). We'd already tried SalentoOsteria for a few dinners, and this year we opted for half-board. Not satisfied, but super satisfied. The staff were kind and welcoming, even willing to offer some off-menu options from the half-board menu to please my children. Dinner or lunch with a first course, second course, and dessert or ice cream was always...abundant and delicious dishes, often seafood-based, with some typical Salento specialties (rice, potatoes, and mussels, delicious, as was the seafood lasagna). Abundant breakfast, with a much-appreciated surprise: the Frise al pomodoro. Hot drinks in the morning from a machine that certainly doesn't make you miss the bar. If I really had to find a small flaw...the croissants and pasticciotti weren't the best. But considering the quality for the price (just under €25 per person per day for breakfast and lunch or dinner), I'd say we were very satisfied with our choice. WELL DONE
