The perfect atmosphere for a post-beach lunch. We ate wonderfully. We had peppered mussels, seafood scialatielli, and octopus in a pignata. Everything was delicious. I recommend it to anyone passing through.

This was our second consecutive year at this restaurant, and what can I say: exceptional. Good food and impeccable service. Linda and Jesus, who run the dining room, are two of the best, an added bonus. Congratulations 👋🏻

We stayed at the Oasi Salento residence, as we have been for several years now (obviously, we're not just happy, but absolutely fantastic!!!). We'd already tried SalentoOsteria for a few dinners, and this year we opted for half-board. Not satisfied, but super satisfied. The staff were kind and welcoming, even willing to offer some off-menu options from the half-board menu to please my children. Dinner or lunch with a first course, second course, and dessert or ice cream was always...abundant and delicious dishes, often seafood-based, with some typical Salento specialties (rice, potatoes, and mussels, delicious, as was the seafood lasagna). Abundant breakfast, with a much-appreciated surprise: the Frise al pomodoro. Hot drinks in the morning from a machine that certainly doesn't make you miss the bar. If I really had to find a small flaw...the croissants and pasticciotti weren't the best. But considering the quality for the price (just under €25 per person per day for breakfast and lunch or dinner), I'd say we were very satisfied with our choice. WELL DONE

A lovely little place with truly exquisite traditional Salento dishes, not to mention the pasta with mussels, which is truly superb...we'll definitely be back, especially since the owner is a delightful and friendly person!
