Nonoia In Casale monferrato

After years, months, and days of waiting, I finally made it! The location is amazing; as long as you can manage to stay away, I highly recommend it. Bicio and his staff are very attentive and always friendly. The food is excellent; in our beautiful farmhouse, we find incredible quality meat. I'm truly happy I was able to make it and that it was exactly what I expected. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything, guys!

Truly a great place that makes you feel welcome. A casual, industrial place where good humor reigns. There are four large refrigerators filled with excellent meat of all kinds. You choose it, weigh it, and eat it (expertly cooked and served). The potatoes, mashed carrots, and fried sage are excellent! We always accompany our meals with gin and tonics. Don't miss their gin menu.

My father and I decided to travel about 130 km to reach and savor this meat paradise, especially the famous "rotten meat." Haha. The experience was such that we left thinking, "This is meat!" The quality of the meat is excellent: flavorful, succulent, and cooked to perfection. The owner, a friendly and knowledgeable person, immediately puts guests at ease and guides them with professionalism in choosing the right cut and the characteristics they want to perceive on the palate. A gastronomic experience that is totally worth the trip. 🥩❤️

Hands down the best place to eat meat in all of Piedmont. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Highly recommended.

As a meat lover and a Casale native, finally a place where you can eat meat as God intended without traveling dozens and dozens of kilometers! 30-40 different types of meat, weight of your choice and price based on weight, breed, and aging. Plus classic dishes, specialty dishes, fried dishes, a smash burger, and a spectacular elephant ear! The staff is young and friendly, the owner is knowledgeable and passionate. Well done!

It's a very nice place and I have to say the food is very good. For those who haven't been yet, I recommend it, because in my opinion it's the bomb 😋😋

The environment is clean and fragrant considering the automatic washing of the dishes once finished eating by the owner's dog. The delicious meat dishes are accompanied by fresh side dishes of mosquitoes and ants that sweetly entertain the guests. This enriches the dishes with exotic flavors and protein integration. Recommended for those who are interested in macros. The owner is very friendly and sociable with customers and vents his frustrations on the waitress, arousing indignation in the diners who witnessed the short but intense screams. There was an important guest who had to be served before the regular customers. Bring autan with you for a touch of freshness during the warm Casalese evenings, a hug and good food to everyone
