10/01/2025: My favourite restaurant in Campania BY FAR!

09/01/2025: It's always a guarantee! I will gladly return to this restaurant first and foremost for the vast choice and excellent quality of meat. Last night we relied on the advice of the restaurant staff, who as always prepared on the doors present both on the menu and outside the menu, among other things everyone is kind and available to give an explanation on each course. We opted for a meat tartare with white truffle, exquisite to say the least, finely cut to almost look like cream. Afterwards we chose fresh tagliatelle with white truffle to stay on theme which were simple but heavenly! Afterwards we were advised on a nice cut of meat with medium maturation and just the right amount of marbling to be very tender and juicy, accompanied by potato chips made to perfection by them. Obviously it was the Top. Everything was accompanied by a Tuscan wine Le Crocine, which perhaps in my opinion was the only small flaw and slight disappointment in flavor on the palate... because since it was among the wines recommended by them, it did not have a very deep flavor and it perceived more of the alcoholic flavor common to low quality wines, compared to the other Tuscan wines already tasted previously. Finally, a small sin of gluttony with the nougat semifreddo which was very fresh and tasty. All in all the dinner was top notch as always!
