A hidden gem. The cuisine is mostly typical Roman. We had the classic first courses, which were truly delicious. The ingredients are fresh and authentic, and you can taste it. I loved the guanciale, with its perfect consistency. The carbonara is something I still dream about!! The second courses are the same. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice place, excellent staff and the owner Giampiero always available both to advise but also to entertain customers, good guys, places like this are rare to find and we hold on to it. I highly recommend it also for events!
