Nobi Fusion Restaurant In Treviso

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our way home from Treviso, and it was a wonderful discovery! We loved the dishes we ordered, all excellent quality. The menu offers a wide selection, even at lunchtime, with more options than many other similar restaurants, and at a more competitive price. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the fact that vegetarian dishes had a green leaf symbol next to them—a great help for non-meat eaters when choosing dishes (which is standard in other countries, but unfortunately not in Italy). The staff were very friendly, and the service was super fast. I also found the decor very tasteful, with some museum-like pieces. We'll definitely be back. :)

Simplicity is its strongest asset. The dishes are simple, uncomplicated, but no less delicious. The ambiance is simple yet elegant, suitable for a thousand occasions. I've always encountered a smile from those who served me. The price is the second advantage and respects the principle that it's not always true that the more you spend, the more you get. Try it. The various people who have joined me on several occasions have always been satisfied.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening, and I must say it was a delicious meal with fast yet friendly service. We loved the interior; the decor is simple but very well done, with attention to detail! The atmosphere is quiet, and even private in some areas. As for the food, it was all good, and this all-you-can-eat restaurant has it all. It's also worth noting that the price per person for dinner here is much lower than usual, but without compromising the quality of the food. Kudos to the entire staff!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The quality of the fish is exceptional. The staff is polite and friendly. The place has a relaxed atmosphere. We came with friends and they were also very satisfied. We will always return, especially because it's one of the few places left in Treviso where you can find a paper menu.

Nice place, minimal staff, basic menu, orders with pen and paper, tuna tartare made with strips of tuna, not cubes, lots of rice, too much rice, two-year-old eating Cantonese rice and finding the bill at 16.90 for the children's menu is excessive, but we had already decided before the bill not to set foot there again. We wanted to toast New Year's Eve, but at 11 pm we left feeling sick. It's a shame because the place is very well-kept aesthetically. I should point out that we didn't eat pasta or rice, on the contrary... Therefore, the response I received is inconsistent. As other users have suggested, it would be better to reduce the quality of the rice, balancing it with the other ingredients. We saw that the children's menu was 11.90, and that was fine, but evidently on New Year's Eve you've added a surcharge. Never mind, that's how it went.

AYCE restaurant, a well-kept and welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, and quick food delivery (I must say it wasn't particularly busy). Ordering is done with pen and paper; there's no tablet for ordering. The first courses, soups, appetizers, and main courses are all very good; the sashimi is also of high quality. As for the huramaki, gunkan, and various rolls, I have to say they could be better presented and definitely loaded with less rice. They're really bloated with rice, making them difficult to appreciate.

Spacious and well-maintained, the all-you-can-eat sushi is classic, but above average compared to its counterparts in the area. I found it to be absurdly better at home than at a restaurant.

My dear readers, I reiterate everything I said last year and am issuing a new review of this splendid establishment, fully reaffirming my 5 stars. Those who follow me know that I don't limit my reviews to just one visit: I always return at least twice to truly evaluate the quality of the food and service. A year ago, I gave the Nobi Restaurant in Treviso 5 stars, and today I unhesitatingly confirm that rating. The sushi and sashimi continue to be incredibly fresh and expertly prepared: tuna, salmon, sea bass... every bite is a delicate and satisfying experience, without any bitter aftertaste or excessive saltiness. All the other dishes are also consistently good quality and presented with great care. The establishment, as always, maintains a classic and harmonious charm, clean and welcoming. The staff is kind, cordial, and professional, and they treat each customer with great courtesy. After my two routine visits and having also brought friends and family, I can reconfirm after a year from my review that Nobi remains one of my favorite AYCE sushi restaurants in Treviso, together with Zeta Sushi and Xiao 3. Discovered 3 years ago with a takeout order, now a regular spot for our small celebrations. Top in every way: beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent value. What can I say, we're regulars; they never disappoint.
