A wonderful evening in a restaurant that was a real surprise! The dishes were of excellent quality and meticulously crafted, but what really made the difference was the impeccable service. A special thanks to the manager, Davide, who, with his professionalism, friendliness, and meticulous attention, accompanied us throughout the dinner, offering the best advice and even suggesting special dishes off the menu. Always present, attentive, and thoughtful, his glass of wine was never empty, and every need was met with a smile. It was a pleasure chatting with him at the end of the evening; he is truly passionate and capable of conveying enthusiasm for his work. Such attentive and personalized service is truly rare for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. For this very reason, I will definitely be back soon with great pleasure.

We enjoyed a light-hearted and fun evening thanks to the entertainment provided by "Il Cervello," a game suitable for all ages. The venue is modern, the service is fast and attentive to customer needs, and we were always served with a smile. The food was delicious and high-quality, as was the wine list. The sashimi, tartare, and tempura were delicious! A memorable evening of flavor and lightheartedness!

Finally, something new in the Salento sushi scene 🙂 This is my first time in Parabita, and right from the start, both the staff's hospitality and the atmosphere put me at ease. Beyond the quality of the food, what I really liked was the professionalism of the entire staff, especially Davide. He breaks the usual pen-and-tablet-to-dish-number pattern, coming personally to take the order. With his elegant and extremely professional manner, he creates a connection with the customer that I've never experienced at any other sushi restaurant. Advice on what to eat without overdoing the quantity, speed and efficiency in the service, and extreme elegance in the presentation of the dishes add something extra to this place, to which I will definitely return.

If you're in the area or want to enjoy a delicious sushi meal, come to this place and you won't be disappointed. Excellent quality sushi, and the waiters are always ready to greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is elegant, simple, yet functional. Plus, on Thursdays they have interesting games, like "Cervellone," where you can win fantastic prizes and hang out with the rest of the staff. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for sushi forever. When we want quality sushi, we always choose the Nishiki, which never disappoints. Tutto ottimo, piatti buoni e ben fatti, uniche due pecche : il menù non ha le immagini ed è difficile ordinare se non conosci i nomi dei piatti, e poi i tovaglioli sono "pelosi" meglio se fossero di carta. Per il resto tutto ok !!!

ottimo ristorante giapponese, cibo molto buono e ben presentato, location in stile, servizio eccellente e personale molto attento al cliente. costo all you can eat leggermente sopra la media ma in linea con l’esperienza orientale percepita! buona carta vini.
