We received excellent advice throughout the meal.
We were a group of nine people, and we all ate very well—perhaps even a little too well, it was so good!

Nishiki Sushi offers a top-level all-you-can-eat experience, where Japanese cuisine is enriched with elegant Italian influences. The manager is welcoming and very knowledgeable, the service impeccable. Very well-prepared dishes, beautiful to look at and excellent to taste. The vegan roll is to be praised, surprising and above all expectations. The price is €30 (excluding cover charge and drinks), slightly higher than average but absolutely justified by the quality.
Ideal for those looking for refined sushi, excellent service and a creative touch that makes the difference.

Very good sushi with fresh fish with the option of all you can eat.

We went to Nikishi with our class and had a wonderful evening! The sushi was fresh and delicious, with options for vegetarians and vegans. The service was absolutely friendly and very patient with us.
A must-try restaurant! I recommend it to everyone: a fantastic tasting experience awaits you, accompanied by a really nice staff.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant because even in Puglia we didn't want to miss out on sushi.
All you can eat formula (€30 per person excluding drinks and cover charge) with a selection of three raw fish to choose from.
The dishes are prepared with great care and the staff is kind and welcoming.
The quality/price ratio is good even if I would point out that in the all you can eat formula the raw fish are still limited.
If you love Japanese cuisine and don't want to give it up on a beach holiday, Nishiki is the right choice!
