Lavazza Nims is truly remarkable. We've been customers for six years now and are very happy with them. We recently got the new, excellent BARISTA machine. Today I had a problem with the filter and called the Padua number printed on the bottom of the machine. I resolved everything over the phone thanks to the helpfulness, courtesy, and professionalism and patience of the lady who answered the phone. Her name is Daniela, she was truly excellent.
