The hotel restaurant is 5-STAR!!! Exquisite food, everything spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, everything was top-notch, highly recommended!!!

Personally, I like this hotel very much. I like the location, the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the fact that they have maintained these standards for years without changing.

I stayed at your hotel on Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21, 2025. I was very pleased with the welcome, helpfulness, kindness, and attention to certain needs I had due to food intolerances. The rooms were clean and always tidy, as were the breakfast and dinner areas. Overall rating: "GOOD"+

The receptionist is rude. We called him brother when we arrived, he got upset and told us not call him brother and scolded us. We told him he didn’t even introduced his name yet so he needs to chill down first. The staff and crew are nice though. The breakfast buffet is ok. The parking is difficult for tourist bus.

It's a shame they changed the breakfast... they used to have amazing Americano coffee. Now it's the same old self-service machines.

Suitable for vacationers for one night. Busloads of tourists.

Clean hotel, decor a bit dated and sad. Impersonal entrance and bar area with a hint of the past. The location is quite ugly, with a view of factories and construction sites.

Good location Internal parking, also covered and secure Friendly staff Nice room... although a little maintenance wouldn't hurt Shame about the shower in the "tub"... uncomfortable, I defended The ottoman in the room wasn't ideal since I also used it as an office for an afternoon Good restaurant, friendly and fast staff Breakfast in the morning was "no"... shame

The service was good and the rooms were spacious; the food was fine, enough.
