Everything was perfect, I recommend the sandwiches, especially the Straburger and Montanaro, perfect as per the review. the quick service and the welcoming environment

I wish I had more stars to award this place. We stayed in Trento for just over a week and stumble accross this place by chance.OMG ..... I cannot put into words the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. We ate here almost every day for every meal and cant say we were disappointed even once. Being gluten free I struggle to find places to eat that cater for variety of gluten free dishes but here nothing was to much bother. Everyone was outstanding and made us feel very welcomed.

If you visit Trento or are nearby Niky's is a must. Sample superb food with customer service which is second to non. I cannot praise the whole team enough for making out stay in Trento superb. Please if you are near here Niky's is a must...the food and service is Sublime ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Excellent restaurant encountered by chance. The environment is modern and welcoming, the staff attentive and professional as well as friendly. The innovative dishes with very successful combinations. It is certainly worth a try for anyone passing through Trento.

Abbiamo cenato molto bene, l’ambiente è molto fine, arredato con cura e fresco, nello stile. La temperatura piacevolissima: fresca, ma senza esagerare. Lo staff è giovane, attento e rapido. Consigliatissimo, nel complesso.

15/08/2024: Very relaxing ambiance… almost all the food was great, except for the salmon tartare, which had more apple than salmon. For the rest the food was very good, especially the angus beef… amazing! The wines (red and white) came out a tab, as there were no bottles… but these wines were very nice. Also the waiter (a young guy in it’s early 30, was very kind. The place is remote, but a recommendation to visit!!

Rifugio Quota 2045

14/08/2024: Foreword for those who yesterday robbed me of the ultra-light and foldable LEKI mountain poles (which cannot be found today) which were given to me in 2014 when I struggled to start walking again after a serious road accident: may the money you think you have go to medicines to have gained by depriving myself of an indispensable aid! Unfortunately this theft ruined a wonderful day in the company of my brothers-in-law and my better half and with a splendid view and temperature at high altitude. Reading in the cool when the trails are too challenging is a pleasure for the soul (even if it sometimes distracts from keeping an eye on your equipment) and I thank the structure for allowing me to use the panoramic terrace even before eating lunch. Excellent offer of mountain cuisine and desserts, aperitifs and sandwiches for all tastes. Friendly staff (perhaps more clueless than me... if they had pointed out to me that I had left my poles unattended while sheltering from the rain, instead of telling me after the theft had occurred that they had noticed, maybe I would still have them 🤷‍♀️)
