Good service, prices perhaps a little high but given the target to which they refer it is normal. Not the classic pub, a little more "classy". Not really my style but if you want to spend an evening in a nice and nice place in the end it's ideal.

A beautifully designed and modern venue that creates a wonderfully inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink. I haven't been here in a while, something has changed but the food is still excellent. A tip for those who, like me, love cooked meat: if you eat burgers, be warned!!! I didn't say it and, rightly, they brought it to me slightly rosé. To be honest, it was still good and didn't have that raw meat aftertaste that I don't like

It's well known that the place has exorbitant prices, but the fact that the price doesn't match the taste comes as a surprise to me. I have frequented this pleasant place occasionally for years and the thing I notice, in addition to the rising price, is that the boast of research, raw materials and the high quality of the products is sometimes unjustified or absent. I find the restaurant's cult burger on the menu, the Rossini... truffle and fois gras among the ingredients. Well, in addition to good meat (like other good pubs) and caramelized onions, the lettuce (4 leaves) is invasive. You can't see the blades of the truffle and you can't perceive the flavour, it's only slightly hinted at by the mayonnaise, a lot of mayonnaise. Fois gras, which is a delight that I really appreciate, has a consistency that doesn't even make you think of fois gras, but of blanched livers. It's unfortunate because if you choose a 10cm diameter sandwich at the "modest" price of 19 euros you expect something else. The 0.4 ml beer at 7.50 euros is appreciable. I recognize that serving bread with sourdough, having a decent taplist, a refined menu, etc. raises the level of the place, but the exorbitant bill must leave customers satisfied throughout. Especially when you serve sandwiches and beers at that price.

Ricercatezza estrema e piacevole per i piatti e le birre.
Ogni ingrediente è scelto con studio e proviene da noti produttori di nicchia nazionali (dal pane alla carne), e nelle mani dello chef diventa un'alchimia di sapori.
Professionale lo staff ben coordinato da Anna che già ben incarna il futuro del Locale.
