Nidaba In Montebelluna

I've been going to Nidaba for years because for me it's always a guarantee, both for the quality of the food and the service of the people who work there. Quality has always come at a price, and rightly so, but I've been recently and unfortunately I have to say that the prices have gone up too much. It's a shame because, personally, I'll be going there much less.

Excellent food, very friendly staff, and a beautiful, welcoming place. But the price-to-quantity ratio is, to say the least, embarrassing! Another negative point is that the burgers don't come with fries or any other side dish. It's a shame.

We had the pleasure of dining at Nidaba and found ourselves in a truly refined setting, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The restaurant stands out for its elegance, where every corner exudes class and attention to design. The service was impeccable: the staff was extremely professional, helpful, and ready to satisfy our every need, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it was a true pleasure. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every dish we tasted was a combination of sublime flavors, prepared with care and mastery. A high-end gastronomic experience, which we highly recommend to anyone seeking fine dining. The only small negative was our seating: we were near a door that opened to the outside, and when it was opened, a bit of cold air came in, making the experience a bit less pleasant. That said, we had the opportunity to observe the other corners of the restaurant and can say that it is truly well-designed, so this was probably just a coincidence. I will come back to try the desserts 😉

Excellent restaurant, top-quality food and ingredients, cuisine always attentive to seasonality, and a menu with vegan/vegetarian options. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and always available. If you want to eat truly well, this is the place to consider. First visit to this place a few days ago to try one of the many lambic beers. Excellent cuisine, beers and fermented beverages from true connoisseurs, a refined atmosphere, and friendly staff, available to help you choose and pair. A true gem in the area. Well done!

Simply the best! Impeccable welcome and service, exquisite food, and excellent beers! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I didn't have time to photograph the dishes because they were so good and I couldn't wait to try them! 🤣

Friendly and professional staff, very good food, with a special focus on gluten-free options. There are few places that fry the fries in a separate pan, for example, and they do it without any problem!

My partner and I went there, the food was really good, the atmosphere was nice and well-kept, the customer service was attentive.
