02/02/2025: Excellent tavern in Piazza di Pietra. Food with genuine traditional flavors for the raw materials used and the condiments that make the dish a mix of well-blended flavors. Appetizer: artichoke alla giudia, first course la gricia, cacio e pepe and carbonara....all excellent. Punctual and friendly service. A nod of merit to the very sweet Mrs. CATIA who carries out her work in the dining room with love and passion, advising customers and proud of the tavern that she feels is hers. Welcoming and colorful environment. Well done!

12/01/2025: Cozy bar near Hystory. Very nice view, surrounded by ancient buildings, friendly staff that can suggest best combination for food and wine. Cocktails have an interesting taste that goes well with Roman's vibe.
