Excellent gluten-free dishes! They have a wide choice for celiacs, from appetizers to desserts and even pizzas, they have ready-made GF bases that you can fill as you want.
I tried the carbonara, a cut served on the griddle with a side of crispy potatoes and vegetables and finally tiramisu.
An important note for the carbonara which I passed with flying colors with crispy bacon and made with local eggs.
On top of all this there is a super friendly and welcoming staff!

Well we stopped for a coffee because my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom...we then drank gewürtraminer, ate a pinsa in two, two small bottles of Chianti, coffee and limoncello offered by the waiter...nice evening thanks guys and merry Christmas. ..we will return, too bad it's 600km away but well done..

as well as the poston being very nice and clean but also the food is very good and at an affordable price, we had a cacio e pepe, meat, tongs and a hamburger, all very good and they also brought us a very good aperitif and some tastings free as a welcome!! Delicious and super friendly staff, we will definitely be back soon

Last night I had a dinner here with my group of friends, who often choose this place to dine and spend time together, and I can say that I am extremely satisfied in every respect. Excellent quality of the meat, without a doubt the best in the area, impeccable service and a 100% welcoming environment. Furthermore, the staff has always been helpful and courteous towards customers. Without a doubt the best in these parts.

Ci siamo stati durante le nostre vacanze in Ciociaria. Locale pulito e ordinato, abbiamo provato la Carbotriciana veramente molto buona, a seguire filetto cucinato come si deve e cotto a regola d'arte e per finire un ottimo dessert. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e professionale. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del cibo. Consigliato
