we were craving sushi and came in for an all you can eat experience - no regrets

Gold is one of the best all-you-can-eat Japanese/Chinese restaurants in Palermo. After more than five years, it has never disappointed me. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and the prices are absolutely reasonable.

The food is always good; their tuna tartare is the best I've ever had in any restaurant, perhaps because they're the only ones who don't use sweet sauces to cover up the flavor. The cooked dishes are also noteworthy. It's a shame the uramaki they brought us last time were too large. But they're usually the right size. Could it be the chef's fault? In any case, they're always very kind and helpful, and they even offer a complimentary liqueur or coffee at the end of the meal. It's the place I go to most often; I'm happy with it, and I've never had any complaints about the quality of the ingredients. Recommended!

It is recommended if you want to have a meal with a variety of dishes and reasonable serving speed. The lighting in the restaurant is a bit dark.

Delicious food, I must say that the sashimi was the most beautiful thing in the world, fresh sushi, wonderful, I advise you to go because you can only find an experience like this here. I must say that there is one flaw and that is the location, close to the road and the noise of the cars could be heard a lot but I must say that for those who are beginners or not this sushi is for them, I will continue to go there because I am dazzled by the goodness of this sushi, the five stars if it deserves it. I must say that there is one small thing that ruins the sushi, namely that the sashimi seemed hot to me but I'm sure it was just a mistake and that you always make it FRESH. I hope you go there at least once, this REPRESENTS TRUE JAPANESE FOOD AND NOT ONLY!
