I was in this pizzeria on Friday June 13th, as a couple we had two pizzas called "Tridente" the house specialty. From the smell it seemed excellent, even thin as I like it but the fillings left much to be desired. What was supposed to be crocche in the edge was nothing more than mashed potatoes or rather crushed potatoes, the cooked ham inside was of poor quality. The other filling with sausage and broccoli, the broccoli were boiled so it didn't even remotely have the flavor of broccoli. The part that I found really tasty, the central part with a tiny garlic that couldn't even be removed because you couldn't see it mixed in the tomato. It was hard to digest even though I didn't eat it all so much that I had to take water and bicarbonate and lemon twice. I don't think I'll go back 🤷 I'm sorry Ah and for two pizzas a bottle of water and a beer 26 euros in my opinion with those poor ingredients is too much

19/10/2025: Very familiar atmosphere, very welcoming staff. As for me, I tried the new high-grain dough which is much more digestible. The owner told me that it has fewer carbohydrates and more fiber. I absolutely must try it, with a small supplement for the new dough but it is really worth trying. Recommended.
